We accept most major credit cards, and use 2Checkout as the credit card processor. All charges for purchases will appear on your credit card statement as 2Checkout.  If you are unable to identify a charge, please contact us with details, so that we may assist in identifying such charges.

All orders are shipped by either UPS, USPS or FedEx.  At the time of checkout, you will be given the option to choose a preferred method of shipment.  You may also choose the type of shipment such as standard, overnight, two day etc.  Orders are generally shipped by the carrier you choose.  If an item needs to be dropped shipped, it will be shipped by the carrier of choice by the drop shipper.  If an order will be split into two or more shippments, you will be notified of such, and in no case will additional shipping charges apply.

In the unlikely event you need to return an item for either refund or exchange, you will need to complete a Return Authorization before returning the item.  If an item is damaged in shippment, we request that you file a claim with the shipper before submitting the RA request.  Once we receive the RA request, you will be provided with instructions and information of where and how to return the item(s).
